Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. 

Unplug it immediately.

Do not place or drop into water or other liquid.

Do not place or store this appliance where it can fall  

or be pulled into a bath or sink.

Except when charging, always unplug this appliance 

from the electrical outlet immediately after using.

Unplug this appliance before cleaning it.

This appliance is for household use only.

An appliance should never be left unattended when it’s 

plugged in, except when charging a rechargeable 

appliance.

This appliance can be used by children aged from  

8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, 

sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience  

and knowledge if they have been given supervision or 

instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe 

way and understand the hazards involved. Children  

shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user 

maintenance shall not be made by children without 

supervision.

Use this appliance only for its intended use as described 

in this manual.

Do not use attachments not recommended by Remington.

Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or 

plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or 

damaged, or if it has been dropped into water. If any of 

these things happen, return the appliance to an 

authorised service centre for examination and repair.
Never drop or insert any object into any of the 

appliance’s openings.
Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) 

products are being used, or where oxygen is being 

administered.
Make sure the cord is disconnected from the appliance 

while storing this appliance and cord in a moisture-free 

area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding 60°C 

(140°F)
Do not use this appliance with a damaged or broken 

cutter unit, as injury may occur. Always make sure 

blades are aligned properly.
Always attach plug to appliance and then the adaptor  

to the outlet. To disconnect, turn all controls to OFF,  

then remove adaptor from outlet, then detach power 

cord from the appliance for storage.
Do not use an extension cord or a voltage converter 

with this appliance.
Do not wrap the cord around the appliance or charge 

stand.

Remington strongly recommends that an approved 

Safety Switch (residual current device) be installed to 

protect all bathroom power outlets. Ask an electrical 

contractor for advice.

Charging Indicator

 – Light that glows when the groomer is being charged.

Voltage Type: 

Worldwide Voltage – automatically adapts to an outlet 

voltage between 100V and 240V.
Note: Some countries will require the use of a plug adaptor that is not 
included with your groomer.

CORLESS USE

 

Before using your groomer for the first time, charge it for 24 hours.

 

Ensure the product is switched off.

 

Place the groomer in its charging stand.

 

Connect the charging adaptor to the charging stand and then to the 
mains. The charging indicator will light up.

 

If the product is not going to be used for an extended period time  
(2-3 months), unplug it from the mains and store.

 

Fully recharge your groomer when you would like to use it again.

 

To preserve the life of your batteries, let them run out every six months 
then recharge for 24 hours.

For hair longer than 10mm, start with the trimming combs first.

USING THE COMBS

Your groomer comes with 2 comb attachments.
Begin grooming using the largest comb - to avoid accidentally trimming 
the hair too short.
As you become familiar with the comb lengths, you can then select your 
desired comb.

the cutter blades do not move, the cutting unit may be dirty and 
clogged. Clean and lubricate the cutter as detailed in the cleaning and
