Note:

•  If cloth or other foreign matter gets into the vacuum cleaner and blocks the rotating 

brush, the motorized nozzle will stop working to avoid damaging the motor 
of the appliance. Turn off the vacuum cleaner, clean the brush from any foreign 
objects, and then turn on the appliance again.

•  If the attachment does not work after cleaning, switch the vacuum cleaner off and 

on again.

•  When cleaning the brush, be careful not to pinch your fingers where the brush 

is attached.

•  To avoid injury, do not touch the inside of the rotating brush head during operation.
•  When assembling the case of the vacuum cleaner, be careful not to pinch your fingers 

or hands at the attachment point.

•  Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean surfaces that can be scratched (TV screens, 

monitors, etc.).

Attention

Before contacting the REMEZair Service Center, please read the following descriptions 
of the problems and their solutions.

The vacuum cleaner does not work!

•  Check the battery level and charge if necessary. 
•  Make sure the unit is turned on. If it is off, press the power button to turn it on. 
•  Make sure the dust tank or attachment is not clogged. 
•  If the device has not been used for a long time, charge the battery.

The suction power is suddenly reduced, 
the vibration of the vacuum cleaner is heard!

•  Make sure the dust tank, nozzle or shaft is not clogged with foreign objects. 

Remove them if necessary.

•  Check if the dust tank is full. If the level of collected dust in the container exceeds 

the MAX mark, clean it. 

•  Make sure the filtration system of the vacuum cleaner is not dirty. Clean it if necessary. 
•  Check the battery level and charge it if necessary. 
•  Make sure the voltage supplied to the charger is within specifications.

The motorized floor brush does not work!

•  If the roller brush inside the attachment does not work, turn off the appliance and make 

sure it is not blocked by dirt. Remove dirt if necessary.

An unpleasant smell is emitted from the air outlet 
of the vacuum cleaner!

•  Regularly, after each cleaning, clean the dust tank and filters. If you use the vacuum 

cleaner frequently, dirt in the dust container or dust on the filter may cause 
an unpleasant smell. One replaceable HEPA filter is included with the device. 
Additional HEPA filters can be purchased on the official REMEZair website if required. 

 •  After cleaning the appliance, press and hold the Turbo button for about 10 seconds 

to remove fine dust particles from the suction element.
