Checking/adjusting the combustion
1. Unscrew the cap from the flue gas measuring point.
2. Insert the probe for the flue gas analyser into the measurement
opening.
Important
During measurement, seal the opening around the sensor fully.
The flue gas analyser must have a minimum accuracy of
±0.25% O
2
/CO
2
.
3. Measure the percentage of O
2
/CO
2
in the flue gases. Take
measurements at full load and at part load.
Performing the full load test
1. Select the tile [ ].
The Change load test mode menu appears.
2. Select the test MaximumPowerCH.

The full load test starts. The selected load test mode is shown in the
menu and the icon appears in the top right of the screen.
3. Check the load test settings and adjust if necessary.
Only the parameters shown in bold can be changed.
Control and setting values for O

1. Set the boiler to full load.
2. Measure the percentage of O
2
in the flue gases.
3. Compare the measured value with the set point values in the tables.
