INSTRUCTIONS
The 1000FR electric cloth cutter is designed to cut out various types of materials
such as: cloth, leather, plastic, films, etc. The following directions should be fol-
lowed before operating the product:
1.
Sharpen
ing
: Lightly press the
sharpener button
and the grinding wheel
will
sharpen the cutting edge.
2.
Grinding wheel: Keep it clean with an alcohol-based cleaner to ensure that it
stays sharp.
3.
Cutting blade: When it displays signs of wear, it should be replaced with a new
one.
4.
Swing lubricator: Place a few drops of machine oil into the oil reservoir once a
day to reduce the friction between the cutting surfaces.

WARNING: Cut off the power supply before any part is replaced. Keep motor and
shearing sides clean.
LUBRICATION
1.
The cutting blade should be lubricated with NO. 30 machine oil once a day.
2.
The gearing should be lubricated with grease once a month.
3.
Motor bearings should be lubricated with grease once a year.
