Troubleshooting

Device doesn’t start.
a. Check fuse of the building.
b. Check fuse of the appliance.
Motor stands still.
Check:
a. if the lid solenoid (9) is correctly
positioned in the cutout of the solenoid
(10).
b. if the duplicating gel is sufficiently
reduced to pieces
(if this is not the case, switch off the
device before cutting into pieces!)
c. if the stirrer is blocked.
Switch the device off and check manually
if the stirrer (8) can be moved.
d. if the device is installed in a dusty
environment.
Low gel consumption.
Check for clogged drain tap.
Low heating power.
Check for correct fit of the lid (7).
Default in cooling.
a. Check the fan for contamination.
b. Make sure that the device is installed in a
dust-free environment.
Duplicating gel is unusable.
Clean device.
Respect instructions of duplicating
compound’s manufacturer
Respect filling level of the device.
(see chapter 4.3)
„CONFIG“ appears in the display.
Key P has been pressed for some seconds.
The appliance is in factory setting mode.
Pressing two times key P you’ll leave service
mode mode.

Check the device regularly. Pay attention to visible damage at the housing or power cord.

Regularly clean the unit.
•
Regularly check the withdrawal tube and keep it clean.
•
Regularly fill in duplicating gel.
