Conditions for warranty
(Valid only within the European Union)
1. Reinecker Reha-Technik GmbH grants a warranty of 24
months against defects in manufacture and subsequent usage.
2. Warranty period starts with the date of shipment ex works
Reinecker Reha-Technik GmbH.
3. All transportation costs will be charged.
4. All parts that have been replaced when repairing the unit,
will automatically become property of Reinecker Reha-Technik
GmbH
5. Interventions from persons other than Reinecker Reha-
Technik authorized specialists may lead to invalidity of
warranty if the damage is caused by this intervention.
6. Damage caused by improper use or by non-compliance
with the operating instructions will result in the invalidation
of the warranty.
7. Not included in this warranty are all mechanical damages
caused to the screen or the glass cover on the handheld
camera including lamps, batteries and other parts subject
to wear and tear.
8. If a warranty claim is necessary, the unit must be returned
in the original packaging. We will not take responsibility for
any transportation cost.
