Install the handlebar to the steerer tube.
Use the hex wrench M3 in the tool bag to lock the screws M3 x4
on both sides of the steerer tube as the below picture refereed.
After the installation is completed, switch on and off to
confirm if the scooter is operable.

3. Hold the eScooter upright, to ensure that the lock will not be affected. Please keep the folding wrench (blue part of the image
below) at the bottom and the folding lock (the red part of the image below) at the far right. Pull the folding wrench to the top end
and turn the folding lock to the middle, then the eScooter is completely locked.
