POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. P-O-C not positioned correctly - see
instructions for proper positioning
1. Lenses in projection tube improperly
installed
2. May require auxiliary lens to be installed
3. If a mirror is used, the mirror is not an
optical quality first surface mirror
1. Lamp not positioned correctly

3. Check wall outlet - Is outlet on a wall
switch?
4. Defective switch
