Using a Bluetooth Device as an Audio Source

Verify the Bluetooth device is connected to the radio. Use the driver’s SRC button on the Control module

to select Bluetooth.  Controlling the audio playback can be achieved using the Navigation controls.

The unit allows audio files to be played back from a mobile device using a Bluetooth® connection. The

radio can control a Bluetooth® audio player via Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) or

Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). Bluetooth® audio players (or Bluetooth® adapters)

compatible with these profiles can be connected to this radio.  Press  the  SRC  button  or select

BLUETOOTH from the HOME screen.

Bluetooth Selected

Playing Audio on Bluetooth

Navigate on the device the APP uses for music playback and select a file. Once playback begins, use

the Touchscreen keys to navigate and control playback.

Navigation Keys

Metadata information on the track itself (artist, track name, etc.) should be displayed only if the option

is available on compatible devices.  Functionality may vary depending on the profile or device used.

Listening to a Passengers Audio Source in the Drivers Area

From the HOME screen select the PASS SOURCE key.  If the source is available, a green checkmark

will appear.  If the source is not available, a RED ERROR symbol appears. Touch the Split Screen Key

to confirm.
