Mount:
1. Open the clamp (a) and mount the armrest on the stand. Lock the clamp.
2. Mount the armrest and stand in the armrest bracket on a HD Balance wheelchair. Note that the armrest is
available in both right - and left hand side versions.
3. Adjust to the desired position; Use the clamp (a) for depth (A) and angle (B). Sidewards adjustment is
controlled by the knob (b) and the height (D) is adjusted with the push-button (c). Lock all controls when
ready. If the clamp-force is insufficient, adjust according to the instructions below.
Adjustment of the force in the clamp (a):
4. Open the clamp as much as possible so that you still can reach the set screw (d). Toghten the screw until you
achieve the desired clamp-force. (Can be done with the armrest still on the wheelchair.)
If even more clamp-force is needed it is necessary to remove the armrest from the stand. Then adjust the
set screw (d) in the sleeve (e). Also adjust the clamp piece (f) to the position in figure 4b before you put the
armrest back on the stand.
Use and Care instructions
The armrest can be cleaned by wiping with soap and water. For further information, see the
Maintenance Instructions, art. no. 95730-1.

- There is some risk of pinching between the moving parts of the armrest. Pay particular
attention to the patient's arms and hands when adjusting the armrest position!
- The armrest must not be subject to loads or strain and must not be used as support when the
user transfers to or from the wheelchair.
