Output Signal Powered by Alternate Power Source

From an alternate power supply (9-30 VAC/VDC), run a wire from the positive 

side of the power source (DC+) to the input on the desired relays. Run the 

output of the relay to the right pin of an input on the automation board. (IN1-

IN4)  Connect IN1-IN4 left pin with the common (DC-) of the alternate power 

source.
