■ Always place the lid on the container accordingly. If you cook food without cover, energy consumption is quadru-
pled. Use a glass lid so you can see inside without having to lift it.
■ Use pans with thick flat base. The basis curves result in an increase in energy consumption.
■ The base of the containers must match the size of the cooking zone. Otherwise you may find that the expenditure of energy.
Check: The manufacturer indicates generally the diameter of the upper part of the container. The latter is normally larger than the
diameter of the base of the vessel.
■ Select containers of suitable size for the amount of food you intend to cook. A large bowl filled halfway consumes a high amount
of energy.
■ Cook food with little water. In this way, energy is saved and, moreover, remain the vitamins and minerals of the vegetables.
■ Select the lowest power level.

Induction cooking implies a radical change in the traditional way of heating because the heat is generated directly in the container.
For this reason, presents a series of advantages:
■ Saves time when cooking or frying, due to the heating coming straight from the container.
■ Energy saving.
■ Care and cleaning easier. Foods do not burn quickly escaped.
■ Temperature control and safety, acting on the control handle, the plan is turned on or off immediately. The induction cooking zone
stops producing heat if the pan is removed without first having disconnected.
