The rollers either rattle or rotate unevenly. Can I still use the product?
A12 Due to the structure of the product, there will be some slight rattling or uneven
rotation between the rollers. However, if you feel that there is something wrong
during use, please contact the local agent where you bought it, or the customer
service center at MTG Co., Ltd.
Q13 Can this product be carried on board an airplane?
A13 Yes, it can be carried on board an airplane. However, some airlines may have
different regulations, so check with the airline or airport security in advance if you

Is there a way to maintain the leather portion of the handle?
A14 The handle of this product uses genuine leather (crocodile leather).
The changes in the texture resulting from use are part of the nature of leather, and
should be enjoyed.
Leather is vulnerable to water, and dirt or grime is difficult to remove. We recommend
periodic cleaning with a cream or a similar cleaning product for special leather.
