It is recommended if mounting Half Reveal that sink is 
1½ Inch protruded.

Ÿ

Insert Shaws sink, confirm sink is level then silicone sink in place 

Ÿ

Install counter top. 

Ÿ

Apply silicone to where the sink meets the counter top and cabinet. 

Ÿ

Wipe away excess silicone.  

Ÿ

Install tape and accessories accordingly.   

Ÿ

Check there are no water leaks.

Ÿ

Leave instruction with end user. 

    Shaws Sink can be mounted with “No Reveal” or “Half Reveal”. If 

mounting  with  “Half  Reveal”  continue,  If  mounting  with  “No 
Reveal” refer to previous page.

Ÿ

Make a sub top, measure from the cabinet face to back edge of sink. 

Ÿ

Mark cutout location for Shaws sink.

Ÿ

Use sink to trace cut line on sub top if needed. 

Ÿ

Cut sub top according to trace lines. 

Ÿ

Make front face cut out to sink fit.  

Ÿ

Mark the cut out location for Shaws sink. 

Ÿ

Use sink to trace line on front face cut out. 

Ÿ

Install into front face cut out, ensure all is level. 

Ÿ

Trace drain hole (it is recommended that drain hole is slightly larger 
than 89mm (3½ inches)).

Clean daily using a soft sponge or cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning product. A simple solution of soap and water generally does an excellent job.
