Assemble supplied P-Trap

Cut a required length of 40Ø mm PVC expansion coupling

insert into P-Trap

File down exposed end of 40Ø mm PVC

Note: Ensure inner walls are lubricated.
•
Lubricate Expansion Coupling
(1)
seal.
•
Align 40mm PVC pipe
(2)
with Expansion Coupling
(1)
on wall to
locate Basin against wall.
•
Check and mark location of Expansion Coupling
(1)
for
connection into waste pipe prepared in wall.
•
Ensure height of 40mm PVC pipe is not more than 705mm
maximum off floor. This will ensure waste pipe clears basin
access panel cut out.
•
Test fit lower basin rubber beneath Basin but use only if floor
surface allows basin to be pushed back to wall.
•
Apply silicon to rear of Basin and complete installation.
Note: When installation is complete be sure to check for
leaks.
•
Fit recommended Waste
(1)
to the underside and top of Basin.
•
Fit Square Cap
(2)
into top of Waste in place of push button
supplied with waste.
We recommend the use of soapy water or approved cleaners. This product should not be cleaned with abrasive materials.
Damage caused by any improper treatment is not covered by the product warranty. Refer to Warranty Conditions.

Ensure a copy of the Installation Instruction is
left with the end user for future reference.
