36 MONTH WARRANTY
Your product comes with a standard
24 month warranty to cover faults in materials and quality
when used under normal conditions and according to user
manuals and technical specifications. Register your product
online at redsbaby.com.au within 60 days of delivery to
receive an additional 12 month warranty. Our goods come
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired
or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The 24 month warranty period starts from the date your
product(s) are dispatched from our warehouse, including
products purchased on pre-order. The benefits provided by
our 36 Month Warranty are in addition to other rights and
remedies available under law.
