Warranty information
How To Make A Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please send an email to
[email protected] with the following information.
The more detailed you are with your description of the defect,
the more quickly we will be able to repair or replace your product.
- Subject line: “Warranty Claim”;
- a description of the warranty defect and photographs or a video;
- your contact details;
- your order number; and
- product batch number - the batch number is printed on a sticker that is
located on:
- Pram: the crossbar between the rear wheels on the chassis.
- Bassinet: the baseboard (can be accessed by removing mattress
and lining)
We will respond to your warranty claim within seven (7) business days
and depending on the nature of the warranty claim either send out the
replacement spare part to resolve the issue at hand or request a repair
at one of our Australia-wide repair centres or at one of our UK-wide
repair centres. Should we need to arrange a collection and return of your
product, we will ask for confirmation of your collection address and
arrange collection of the product from your nominated address.
For smaller warranty claims we may be able to send you a replacement
part free of charge (e.g. bumper bar, frame lock, adaptors) which
will allow you to get back out and about quicker. In these instances,
Redsbaby will cover the cost of shipping spare parts domestically
within Australia.
