How to make a warranty claim

 

 

To submit a warranty claim please visit the Support Centre 
page on our website, www.redsbaby.com.au and complete 
the Warranty Claim form. The more detailed you are with 
your description of the defect, the quicker we will be able 
to process your warranty claim. Once your form has been 
submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will 
contact you within seven (7) business days. Depending on 
the nature of the claim, we may send out a replacement 
part to resolve the issue.
