Warranty and Support
Dear Customers:
Thank you for choosing REDMOL. Please kindly read the following terms and conditions for the
product warranty:
1.
The product comes with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase (or receiving for online
customers) for all manufacturer’s related defect and issues. For products purchased. For products
purchased via local distributor (EastbayShop / EastbayWellness.SG) in Singapore, local support
and warranty will be provided.
2.
Followings are excluded from warranty coverage:
User induced damaged (i.e. fall, knock, or placing the unit at hazardous environment)
Damaged caused by natural disaster (i.e. earthquake, fire, flood or other natural causes)
Services and repaired by non-authorized service agents
Improper usage not according to product’s operation and usage guide
3.
Proof of purchase must be produced during services.
4.
For product exchange and return (subjected to reseller’s purchase term & condition), the product
must be in its original and resalable condition.
