1. INTRODUCTION
Flameless induction heater RedHotDot HANDUCTION F-1 (hereinafter HANDUCTION F-1) is 230V portable
device for induction heating different types of steel.
It is used where the heating of steel parts is required without using open fire and other non-safe sources of heating.
The heated area of the part is placed inside the nozzle, thereby falling under the action of the induction field. The
device easily heats non-ferrous metals and alloys, but has no effect on glass, plastic, wood, textiles and other non-
conductive materials.
HANDUCTION F-1 flameless induction heater has high efficiency despite the relatively small size.
Thanks to flexible inductors (tips), it is convenient to heat an area of a part without affecting adjacent surfaces that
can melt or be damaged, unlike working with a gas burner with open flame.
Also, the gas burner can not heat the part evenly from all sides, you need to constantly change the position of
heating.
Replaceable inductors (tips) do not produce heat and do not become hot. The spiral is insulated by heat-resistant
material (silica cord).
HANDUCTION F-1 induction heater does not emit smoke and ashes in the course of work, it is environmentally
friendly, safe in operation, and does not harm adjacent parts.
Purpose:
1. Heating up stuck or rusty fasteners and parts that need to be separated.
2. Straightening small dents (resulting from hail and etc.) without subsequent painting i.e. without damaging the
paint coating of the car; settling bulges on car body parts during repair or flattening.
3. Removing press-fitted silentblocks from suspension links of cars or other vehicles.
4. Heat treatment of metal parts, hardening, tempering, normalization.
5. Press-fitting bearings under high temperature, as well as removing press-fitted bearings.
6. Removal of small window glasses glued on metal with sealant.
7. Removal of spoilers, moldings and stickers pasted on painted metal.
8. Warming up the surface of bonnets or other panels before vinyl coating application.
9. Removal of rust from metals and car bodies by high-temperature high-speed heating of the part and subsequent
exfoliation of rust.
10. Removing paintwork from a metal surface or a car body.
11. Repair and replacement of water supply, sewing and heating systems.
