BEFORE FIRST USE
Your appliance has been packaged carefully to ensure the
product reaches you in good condition. If the product has been
damaged, dropped, has a malfunction in any way, or if the
supply cord is damaged, immediately contact your retailer for
replacement or repair.
Carefully unpack your appliance. Make sure you do not discard
any packaging material until all parts of the appliance have
been found.
Wash the beaters in warm soapy water. Carefully wipe the
exterior of the appliance to remove any dust that may have
accumulated. Dry with a dry towel. Do not use harsh abrasive
cleaners. Remove any label or sticker.
WARNING!
Do not immerse appliance in water or any other
liquids.
SAFETY AND INSTALLATION
Use and environment
Do not use outdoors. Do not leave in direct sunlight as this
may damage the plastic. This appliance is for household use
only, not commercial or industrial use. The power socket must
be readily accessible so that the oven can be unplugged in an
emergency.
Always use on a flat stable surface away from any liquid
carrying vessel such as sink or washbasin.
This appliance must be connected to a suitable 230-240V ~
50Hz power supply.

OPERATION GUIDE
Beater attachment
To fit beaters fully insert into hand mixer until the beaters
‘lock’ into place.
Operation
Place ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Lower the beaters into the mixture before switching on the
mixer.
The mixer has five speeds, which are selected using the Speed
Switch, conveniently placed on the handle.
Use lower speeds to begin with and gradually increase to
higher speeds if required.
The following speeds are suggested:
Speed 1:
Slow speed mixing
Speed 2 – 3: Sauces, short or puff pastry etc.
Speed 4 – 5: Puree, cream, egg whites etc.
Always turn the mixer off before completely removing the
beaters from the bowl.
During mixing, occasionally use a spatula (not supplied) to
scrape mixture from the sides of the bowl to ensure that all the
ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
To remove beaters, press the eject button.
Maximum Use
This appliance is designed for a maximum of 3 minutes
continuous use.
Warning!
For subsequent or additional uses always allow a
cool down period of at least 20 minutes before each re-use.
