the AC cable is properly connected. If it is connected, the power supply will need to be replaced.
2. Check that the aquarium is set up for the correct time zone: Homepage > Main Menu > My Aquariums
> Device Line Menu > Edit Aquarium > Aquarium Time Zone . If OK, go to #3. If not, set the correct time
zone.
3. Check that the current time on the ReefDose is correct:
Device Manager > Device Line Menu > About > Current Time . If OK, go to #4. If not, reset time then
disconnect and reconnect the power by the DC jack to restart the unit. Check the time again and if it is
still not correct, try replacing the battery.
4. If the current time was correct, disconnect and reconnect the power by the DC jack to restart. If it
was not correct, try reconnecting the ReefDose to ReefBeat. If this did not help, go through the “Clear
Settings” steps (see page X) and reconnect. If still not working, contact customer support.
Q. How can I verify that the schedule I have set will work as planned?
A. Open the dosing queue and you will see all of the scheduled doses for the rest of the day. If you are still
in doubt, set ReefDose to perform a single dose in five minutes time. If it works, then all your other set
schedules will work as well.
Q. The ReefBeat is sometimes showing 0.1ml more or less than it should?
A. Individual doses are accurate to approximately 0.05ml however for simplicity the display only shows 0.1
ml and therefor there are minor rounding errors. These errors are normally only temporary as the unit
compensates for the minor variations during the course of the daily dosing schedule.
Q. Everything seems to be working correctly when i am home but I am not getting any information
when i am away from home.
A. Your aquarium is set to Offline mode. Change your aquarium setting to Online: Homepage > Main Menu
> My Aquariums > Device Line Menu > Edit Aquarium > Online
