Pad Pull Resistor Control
The PAD_BIT_PULL_DOWN_RESISTOR_EN and PAD_BIT_PULL_UP_RESISTOR_EN bits in the PADCTRL register allow the selection of on-chip
pull-up or pull-down resistors for each pin.
The possible on-chip resistor configurations are pull-up enabled, pull-down enabled, or no pull-up/pull-down, as shown in Table 6-2. Pull-down
and pull-up resistor’s value is different between different pad types.
