4. Why can’t I hear sound from the headset?
a) Make sure the headset is turned on;
b) Ensure the volume of the headset is not too low or
muted;
c) Make sure the headset connects well with your mobile
phone;
d) Ensure the distance between the headset and your
mobile phone is in the normal working scope;
5. Why is there no voice when making a call with the
headset?
a) Make sure your cell phone is in the strong signal area;
b) Ensure the headset is in the function range.
6. Why can’t I remotely control the pause, play, previ-
ous track and next track functions with the headset
when playing music?
The function needs the Bluetooth device paired with
the headset to support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote
Control Profile). Please make sure your cell phone or
Bluetooth transmitter supports AVRCP.
7. Why intermittent pause is found during listening to
the music?
The effect distance is 10 meters in straight line in a
wide place and without any disturbance, please make
sure there is no obstacle between the phone and the
headset and turn off electrical equipment which could
affect the signal transmission.
