RCM - Sprayer Installation M anual for AGCO RoGator C- Series (RG900, RG1100, RG1300)

6. Secure the RCM - Sprayer (P/ N 063- 0173- 956) to the plate using the supplied bolts (M 6 x75mm (qty 2), M 6 x

65mm (qty 1), and flanged nylon lock nuts (qty 3)). It is recommended to mount the RCM - Sprayer to the inside
of the mounting plate.

RCM - SPRAYER MOUNTING WITH RAVEN AUTOBOOM XRT

If the Raven Autoboom XRT system is installed on this machine, the Autoboom XRT ECU is mounted in this same
location, so alternative RCM - Sprayer mounting steps are required:

1. Remove the hardware securing the Autoboom XRT REM to the mounting plate.

2. Place the RCM - Sprayer on the opposite side of the mounting plate from the REM , aligning with the mounting

holes.

N OTE:

Some drilling may be required depending on the revision of the mounting plate.

3. Use the provided M 6 x 110mm (qty 1) and M 6 x 140mm (qty 2) bolts, along with M 6 washers and M 6 flanged

nylon lock nuts to pass through both ECUs and fasten them to the mounting plate, one ECU on each side of the
plate.
