CR – 16 ND REAR PANEL
The analog outputs of the CR 16 ND are divided in 4 equal sections. Each section has 4 XLR audio
outputs and 2 XLR Rd-Net outputs. These outputs operate in parallel with a standard LK 25 multipin
connector that routes 8 balanced signals. 4 audio, 2 Rd- Net and 2 aux for general/spare use. The
goal is to use only one cable for audio and network for each part of the system.
The LKS 25 signal fan-out allows connections among multicore signal cables to groups of
loudspeaker on the cluster. (See the examples at the end of this manual).
The A-B-C-D,7-8 XLR male input of each section is connected with the 7 and 8 outputs of the LK 25
connector. It is possible to patch it with any outputs, audio or Rd-Net, to route it to the cluster or to
the subs using the 7-8 Aux/Spare lines.
The Dual Ethernet switch (optional) allows to connect Control 8 and DX 1616 to the same Computer.
It has also secondary ports for redundant Dante lan connections.
There is also the possibility to connect a secondary wireless access point that allows the connection
of wireless IOS or Android devices to control the parameters of the DX 1616.
The front panel of the CR 16 ND display the Rd-Net control 8 unit and of the DX 1616.
There is also the powercon input to power supply the unit.
The unit is provided with a drawer for various equipment and accessories and a wood retractable
integrated cover to protect the connection panel.
