Erasing All Files in a Folder
Inserting New Segments
You can insert new segments into a file without
erasing previously recorded content.
1. Select folder (1-9).
2. Select file for inserting new
segments.

1. Press
FOLDER
to select folder (1-9).
2. Press or
until
“ALL”
appears.
FOLDER
3. Press
ERASE
once and release,
“DELETE”
flashes on display.
4. Press and hold
ERASE
for about 3 seconds,

All recorded messages on SmartMedia

Card will be erased by following steps below.
2. Release
RESET
first and then
ERASE
. “FOR”
flashes on display. All folders will be deleted.
Mermory card is formatted.
1. Press and hold
ERASE
and
RESET
(on the back of the unit) at the same time for
about 3 seconds.
RESET
“DELETE”
will be flashing until selected
folder is erased completely (or press
STOP
to cancel erasing all files).
