Convec ti on Cooking
During convec ti on cooking, hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to make crisp foods quickly
and evenly. This oven has ten di ff erent cooking temperatures from 100
o
F
to 450
o
F
. You can choose it by
pressing number pad. The longest cooking ti me is 99 minutes, 99 seconds. During cooking, the current
temperature can be seen by pressing
Convec ti on
pad.
To Cook with Convec ti on:
1. In standby mode, press
Convec ti on
pad once. The display shows ”SELECT TEMPERATURE”
2. Press number pad to enter a desired cooking temperature.
3. Press
Convection
to con fi rm.
4. Press number pad to enter cooking ti me.
5. Press
Start/Add 30Sec
pad to con fi rm.
To Preheat and Cook with Convec ti on:
Your oven can be programmed to combine prehea tin g and convec ti on cooking opera ti ons.
1. In standby mode, press
Convec ti on
pad once. The display shows ”SELECT TEMPERATURE”.
2. Press number pad to enter a desired cooking temperature.
3. Press
Start/Add 30Sec
pad. The oven start prehea tin g, the display shows “PREHEAT”. When the
oven reaches the programmed temperature, it will beeps.
4. Open the door and place container of food at the center of the turntable.
5. Press number pad to enter cooking
ti me.

Mic Convec ti on Cooking
This oven has four di ff erent combina ti on cooking temperatures. You can choose it by pressing
Combi
pad. It’s easy to cook with both convec ti on heat and microwave automa ticall y. The longest cooking
ti me is 99 minutes, 99 seconds. During cooking, the current combina ti on cooking power level can be
seen by pressing
Combi
pad.

NOTE: During cooking you can check the combina ti on cooking mode by pressing
Combi
pad.
NOTE: The longest preheat ti me is 30 minutes and the ti me cannot be set. When the temperature
reaches the preheat temperature, the countdown stop with sound every 6 seconds for 30 minutes.
If you don’t open the oven door within the 30 minutes, the system will stop automa
tic ally
