TROUBLESHOOTING
Check before calling for service:
Power supply lamp does not work
•
No power - connect to the power supply, switch on.
Power supply lamp is on but there is no cool breeze
•
No water in the tank - pour water to the tank.
•
Safety switch is in an incorrect position - position the safety switch correctly.
Power supply work is on but the device does not work
•
Too much water - pour some water off the tank and twist the cap tightly.
Too small water breeze
•
Water is too dirty or there is too little water in the tank - fill the tank with fresh water.
Unpleasant smell
•
Remove the water tank and twist the cap off for 12 hours.
•
Dirty water in the tank - replace water in the tank.
•
Dirty tank - clean the tank - see Cleaning and maintenance
Abnormal noise
•
Resonance in the empty tank - fill the water tank.
•
The device is placed on an unstable surface - place the humidifier on a flat, even surface.
Moisture exits the entire nozzle
There is some gap between the water tank and the nozzle - immerse the nozzle in water and install it in the
water tank.
If the above-mentioned advice does not solve the problem, disconnect from the mains and contact authorized
service centre for possible repair. Do not attempt to repair the device on your own.
ADVICES
To prevent deposition of scale and mineral deposits, we recommend:
•
Use cold boiled water or distilled water.
•
Clean the ultrasonic transducer, water tank and water basin every week.
•
Change the water in water tank more often to keep it fresh.
•
Remove water from the water basin and water tank and dry them thoroughly before putting off.
