Testing the system
1.
Make sure that there is a good Wi-Fi connection between the tablet and the network.
2.
Start the tablet. All necessary apps open automatically.
3.
You go directly to the customer display. Walk between the two sensors. You should
now see that the number of people at the bottom of the screen is increasing or
decreasing. If this is the case, your system is working.
Important:
If you run into the entrance area and the
number of people still allowed increases, you must
turn the receiver (2 LEDs) 180 degrees.

To make settings, select „ratiotec CONNECT“ on the
tablet.
5.
Log in with the user name admin and password admin.
The login data is already stored. We recommend that
you change the password as soon as possible.

Select the app „smarterwaiting“:

Click on „Entrance Manager“. In the entrance manager
you can now change settings such as your max. branch
capacity or adjust them manually. The report shows you
your customer visits graphically.
8.
To return to the customer display, launch the Fully Kiosk
Browser app located on the desktop.
