Installation
4.1 Preparing the stand
Stand with rear wall:
Break out the perforation for the plate on
the rear wall of the stand [

Stand without rear wall [

]:
1. Hook the retaining plate on the rear
side of the stand on the table edge.
2. Tighten the 2 screws on the retaining
plate.
4.2 Installing the integrated fat drain
Mounting the drain valve and drain pipes
1. Seal the threads of the two pipe pieces
for the drain valve with teflon tape

2. Mount the two parts of the holder on
the drain valve with the tube angle and
the connecting pipe [

3. Turn the tube angle so that it is
mounted at a 90° angle to the holder.
4. Mount the pipe seal on the pipe socket
in the rear wall of the device

5. Join the pipes on the rear wall of the
device [

6. Guide the piping into the stand

7. Push the drain valve into the top rail of
the stand [

8. Push the piping into the pipe sleeve of
the drain valve [

9. Tighten the clamp screws on the drain
valve holder [

10. Place the front fat collection canister in
front of the stand and the rear fat col-
lection canister in the stand

]. The rear canister must
be positioned in the stand so that the
front fat collection canister can be
placed in front of it after further pre-
liminary work.
11. Insert the drain pipe in the front fat
collection canister and in the tube an-
gle [

12. Turn the drain pipe so that the pin
locks in the tube angle [

13. Push the fat collection tray into the
bottom slot of the device

14. Guide the piping in the cooking cabi-
net into the fat collection tray

]. Fix the plugs on the
funnel in the cooking cabinet.
Opening/closing the funnel
1. Leave the funnel in the cooking cabinet
open when using the integrated fat
drain.
