PRELIMINARY STEPS:
1. Use the parts diagram to ensure that all components of the machine are
present and correct.
2. Inspect for freight damages and factory defects. If the product passes
inspection, proceed with using the attachment. If it does not pass, contact
the place of purchase or Rata Equipment directly to resolve the issue.
SETTING UP THE MACHINE
1.
Insert pin through the outer plate of the
clevis, then through the three point
linkage ball*, then through the inner
clevis plate.
2.
Use linch pin to secure in place.
3.
Repeat process for the other side clevis.
4.
Insert top link pin through clevis and
top link*.
*Not supplied
5.
Secure top link pin with a lynch pin.
Above is an example of step 4 & 5 done
correctly.
6.
Unravel rope.

7.
Run rope to vehicle cab.
You are now
ready to use your
Drawbar Hitch.
