8. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The appliance does
not work. The rechargeable
battery power is not
enough. Use after fully charged the
vacuum cleaner battery.
Power indicator
flashes while the
appliance cannot be
charged. Incorrect adapter is
used. Use the adapter supplied to
charge the appliance.
Protection has been
activated. Suspend the operation. Let the
product to cool down for 30
minutes before using it.
The suction power
becomes weak. Dust cup is full.
Refer to Chapter 2.1 Clean
the dust cup and filter to
clean them.
Too much dust
accumulated on the
filter.
The battery power is
not enough. Charge the appliance.
Dust cup is not
installed properly. Refer to Chapter 2.1 Clean
the dust cup and filter to
install the dust cup.
Foreign object blocked
the floor brush.
Refer to Chapter 2.3 Clean
the floor brush to remove the
foreign object.
When operate,
some dust escape
from exhaust vent. Dust cup or filter is not
installed properly.
Refer to Chapter 2.1 Clean
the dust cup and filter to
install the dust cup and filter.
Noise. Dust cup is full. Refer to Chapter 2.1 Clean
the dust cup and filter to
clean them.
Clogged by foreign
object.
Remove the foreign object.
The appliance stops
operating during
use. Protection has been
activated. Suspend the operation. Let the
product to cool down for 30
minutes before using it.
