A sampling event consists of swiping up to Five (5 )
surfaces, and then placing the sample trap into the
desorber for analysis. If a sample trap causes an alarm,
or when it is dirty, torn, wet, or damaged, discard it and
resume sampling with a clean sample trap.

IMPORTANT:Store all sample, calibration, and verification traps in a cool or dry location to ensure shelf life is not com-
promised.
After removing sample, calibration, or verification traps from the package, replace the cover immediately. This
prevents the calibration or verification sample from dissipating and keeps the sample traps clean and free of
contamination.

• Manual calibration in particle mode
