Limitation of Liability
Shenzhen Shuaike Trading Company is not responsible for any profit loss,
information or data loss, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or
incidental damages caused by distribution, sale, resale, use or product non-
operation. In any case, the responsibility of Shenzhen Shuaike Trading Company
won’t exceed the retail purchase price.
Loss of Purchase
For avoidance of doubt, Shenzhen Shuaike Trading Company is not responsible for
any purchase loss in any case unless it has been advised of the possibility of such a
loss. In such cases, the responsibility of Shenzhen Shuaike Trading Company won’t
exceed the retail purchase price.
General Terms and Conditions
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the product purchase country/region
and explained according to the laws of that country/region. If any terms in the
User Guide are invalid or unenforceable, such terms (invalid or unenforceable)
shall be specified as invalid or deemed invalid terms of the remaining terms and
excluded. Shenzhen Shuaike Trading Company reserves the right to amend any of
the terms without prior notice.
