Troubleshooting
Problem
Cause
Solution
The pressure gauge needle
don’t move or move very
slowly after you pumping a
while; and it goes back when
you stop pumping.
Air leakage
Put the hand pump into
water. See the bubbles to
check the leak point.
It will rebound and feels
heavier and heavier when
you pump to the bottom.
Something’s wrong with the
piston in air tube
Replace the o-ring(NO.37or
35) in the piston 1 (NO.38).
Please turn ON the bleed
valve and rotate the grip
to dismantle it from the
top. Take out the pin in top
and dismantle the piston
with the attached specifi ed
dismantling device. Visual
check if the piston seal is
completely intact. If there’s a
damage, replace the o-ring.
It feels very easy to pump
when fi lling while the
pressure gauge needle
moves quite slow, barely
don’t move.
The O-ring in the piston
out of air tube is broken
and causes a leakage in the
bottom.
Replace the O-ring(NO.13)
in the piston(NO.12).
Please follow the steps
above to dismantle the
piston1(NO.38), Dismantle
the air tube which
connected to piston2(NO.2),
so you can replace the
O-ring(NO.13) in the piston
(NO.12).
It’s very heavy to pump
and disable to pump to the
bottom. Even you pump to
the end it will rebound.
Something’s wrong with the
3rd-stage piston seal.
Change the 3rd-stage piston
seal(NO.29/30). Please do as
Q2 mentioned to dismantle
Piston 1(NO.38). Pull out
the 3rd-stage piston axis
directly(NO.31), the broken
3rd-stage piston seal or
piston cover causes the
above issue and it will be
solved by simply replacing
them.
