Remote Key Signal Strength Test
The TS58R can display the signal strength of most vehicle remote keys.
To test the remote key’s signal strength:
1. Press the Power Button to initialize the TS58R.
2. Select
Auxiliary Function
3. Select
Remote Key Test
4. Place the Remote Key close to the TS58R.
5. Press a function button on the Remote Key.
a. If the key is functioning, the TS58R will display the signal strength as a
percentage value and emit an audible signal.
b. If the key is not functioning, there will be no response from the TS58R.
6. To ensure each button works on the remote, test each button in turn.
