INSTRUCTIONS

UNPACKING AND SET-UP

1.  Carefully open packaging and inspect the lift for 

damage. Refer to drawing on page 7.

2.  Place the Lift on a solid surface.

3.  Assemble the Handle and place the Handle 

Assembly over the Lifting Screw Head and turn clockwise 

to raise lift slightly.

4.  Slide both Saddle Assemblies (Items 4,5,6) over 

Lifting Platform and tighten locking Bolts to secure.

NOTE:

Lift may be bolted to ground or a lift table.

 (If approved by lift table manufacturer.)

OPERATION

1.   Loads must be centered on table at all times.

2.   Loads must be firmly positioned and securely loaded 

on Saddle Assembly or platform at all times.

3. Adjust Saddle Assembly and Saddle Height to hit 

vehicle lifting points. Saddles are adjustable.

Adjust Saddles so that there is a minimum 

1/2” of threaded rod remaining in thread plate.

4. Slowly turn the Handle assembly clockwise to engage 

vehicle lifting points and then lift vehicle slightly.

WARNING!

CHECK LOADING BY SLIGHTLY MOVING VEHICLE 

TO CHECK IF VEHICLE IS PROPERLY SEATED 

ON THE SADDLE OR PLATFORM BEFORE LIFTING 

VEHICLE HIGHER. LOWER AND ADJUST LIFTING 

POINTS IF REQUIRED.

5.  Continue lifting to desired height.

6.   Support vehicle with Jack Stands before beginning 

work under the vehicle.

MAINTENANCE

1. When not in use, the lift must be stored in the lowest 
position in a dry location.

2. Keep the lift clean and wipe off any oil or grease. 
Lubricate all moving parts.

3. Before each use check all parts. If any part of the lift 
is damaged or suspect, remove the lift from service and 
take necessary action to repair.

4.   All moving parts have been lubricated at the factory 
and should be re-lubricated every (6) months to prevent 
galling. 

5.   Lightly oil lifting screw (Item 8) when it becomes dry.
