Preparation

1  Unpacking

Remove all packing 

materials. (Caution: 
Remove the lower plinth 
before dismounting the 
pedestal.)

2  Check attached accessories and 

materials.

Check if all accessories and 

instructions are available. 
Contact the local distributor if 
anything is missing.

3  Ensure that the refrigerator is 

properly located.

(Refer to section “Location”)

4  Clean the refrigerator before using.

(Refer to section “Cleaning”)

5  Ensure that the lower plinth is 

properly installed and water tubes 

are connected correctly.

6  Connect the refrigerator to power 

source at least 6 hours after the 

refrigerator is installed and cleaned.

Caution: After unpacking, write down the model 

and manufacture number of the refrigerator. These  
will be required if technical services are applied for.

Operation

1  Connection of power supply

When appliance is connected to power supply, 

the intelligent operation and CRUSHED ICE modes 
are activated automatically with display of actual 
refrigerating and freezing temperatures. The 
appliance is equipped with a memory system, which 
can ensure that latest operation mode is resumed 
when power is supplied after an interruption.

2  Setting of operation mode

Suggestion!

Regardless of irrespective fl uctuations in ambient 

temperature, selection of the Fuzzy control will 
guarantee the most effi  cient and energy-saving 
operation of the refrigerator.

Either of the following operation modes can be 

selected.

Fuzzy control: If there is no special requirement, 

the Fuzzy control is recommended. Press the Fuzzy 
control button, the Fuzzy control indicator will 
illuminate and the refrigerator is then operated 
automatically. (See section “Functions”).

Manual adjustment mode: Press the temperature 

setting button to set the temperature. (See section 
“Functions”)

3  Loading the freezer with food

Before loading food into the freezer wait until it 

cools down to the set temperature.

Caution: Some time will be required for the 

refrigerator to reach the set level after temperature 
is reset. The length of this period is determined by 
diff erence in the existing and set temperatures, the 
ambient temperature, the frequency with which the 
door is opened and closed and the amount of food 
in storage.
