Unplug the appliance and wait until it is completely cooles down.
If it is not going to be used for a long time, clean the appliance and make sure it is dry. Pack
the appliance in order to prevent dust intervention. After packing, place it at a dry and well
ventilated place. Keep it out of a direct sunlight, humidity, away from animals and in a place
out of the reach of the children.

Problem Remedy
A bad odour or smoke coming out or
appliance gets hot.
Appliance may be operating for a long time or
without any ingredients loaded.
Stop the appliance and wait 15 minutes for
cooling off.
Is it possible to grind hard foods such as
bones? The appliance may get damaged if hard foods
such as bones and fruit seeds are grinded.
Is it suitable for breaking ice?
Yes, but it is not suitable for using as an ice
breaker. Before loading ice and frozen food
into travel jug, always add 1 cup of liquid
(such as milk or water).
Before operation, is it required to chop
the food into small pieces?
Before operation, always chop the food into
small pieces (approximately 2 cm). Therefore
the appliance does not gets damaged
and best blending and grinding results are
obtained.
