Special Settings

Access:

► Select "Baseband > T-DMB/DAB > Special".

The tab provides settings, that differ from the specification of the broadcast stan-
dard.

Settings different from the broadcast standard can be useful for research and develop-
ment. Applying these settings requires "Special Settings > On".
If you set a parameter different from the specification, the warning icon   is displayed
left to the parameter.

If special settings are active, decoding by a DUT is maybe not successful.

Special Settings

Enables/disables special settings.

The setting allows you to switch between standard-compliant and user-defined channel
coding.

Transmission Mode

Sets the transmission mode.

"MID"

Uses the transmission mode corresponding to the MID information in
the ETI signal. Default state.

"Manual"

Uses the transmission mode set via "Select Transmission Mode".
