5. In the R&S SGMA-GUI main panel, the green indicator in front of the instru-
ment's name confirms that there is a connection between the instrument and
the remote PC and that the instrument is recognized by the software.
6. In the R&S SGMA-GUI main panel, select the rows corresponding to the cor-
responding instruments to be configured and select "Instrument Name > Pre-
set" to restore their predefined settings.
7. Select "SGMA-GUI main panel > R&S SGS > Extension".
The "Extension" dialog opens.
Tip:
Instrument does not appear in the extension dialog. If the R&S SGU is
not automatically shown in this dialog, press "Scan > Start" to find the instru-
ment.
