Switches the display of the mask test name on or off.
To change the name of the mask test, use

Changes the name of the mask test.
Parameters:
<NewName>
String with the new mask test name.
Parameters for setting and query:
<MaskTestName>
String with the existing mask test name.
MTESt:HIGHlight:INFinite
<State>
If ON, the mask hits are highlighted for an unlimited period of time.
Parameters:
<State>
ON | OFF
*RST:

<HighlightHits>
If ON, the mask hits are highlighted on the screen. You can define the color and the
time of the hit display.
Parameters:

Sets the time how long the mask hits are highlighted.
