The remote commands required to define these settings are described in
ter 8.5.6, "Measurement settings"
Center Frequency
Defines the center frequency of the signal in Hertz.
The allowed range of values for the center frequency depends on the frequency span.
span > 0: span
min
/2 ≤ f
center
≤ f
max
– span

f
max
and span
min
depend on the instrument and are specified in the data sheet.
If the center frequency is within an undefined CISPR frequency region, it has to be set
according to the following table to be inside a valid band again:
Table 5-2: Center frequency bands
2.4 GHz < f < 2.45 GHz (no CISPR band)
set f to 2.4 GHz - Span / 2 (next valid band below
the gap)
2.45 GHz <= f < 2.5 GHz (no CISPR band)
set f to 2.5 GHz + Span / 2 (next valid band above
the gap)
5.725 GHz < f < 5.8 GHz (no CISPR band)
set f to 5.725 GHz - Span / 2 (next valid band below
the gap)
5.8 GHz <= f < 5.875 GHz (no CISPR band)
set f to 5.875 GHz + Span / 2 (next valid band
above the gap)

Predefined Settings
The predefined settings area provides functionality to load and save predefined mea-
surement settings or standards.
The predefined settings do not include the center frequency. All other parameters of
the measurement settings are included, together with the evaluation table.
