Queries the current Radio Configuration (RC) used during the connection to the mobile
station.
Setting this value will have no effect because the radio configuration parameter is a
result of the session negotiation.

do not actually represent measured values, they are provided by the MS during regis-
tration.
To obtain valid mobile information the MS has to be connected. If no MS is connected,
or if the MS under test is not synchronized, the queries in this section will return the
default values
