The RX measurements "RX Meas FER FCH" and "RX Meas FER SCH0" require a
connected loopback call (service options 2, 9 or 55) or a test data call (SO32) to be
established via the signaling application.
The "RX Meas RLP" requires packet data call (SO33) to be established via the signal-
ing application using DAU, see
chapter 4.2.3, "End to End Packet Data Connections"
The "RX Meas Speech" requires a speech mode connection, e.g. service options 1, 3,
17, 68, 70, 73, 0x8000.

RLP:
The RLP measurement is being started and stopped in parallel with a packet data con-
nection (service option 33) or via "Reset Statistics" hotkey.
Speech:
The speech measurement is being started and stopped in parallel with a speech mode
connection (service options 1, 3, 17, 68, 70, 73, 0x8000) or via "Reset Statistics" hot-
key.
Signaling Parameter (Softkey)
The "Signaling Parameter" softkey activates hotkeys that provide convenient access to
the most important signaling application settings from within the "CDMA2000 RX Mea-
surement" window.
