PPP Connection
Returns the state of the PPP connection between AT and the IP network.
Remote command:
Physical Layer
Indicates the physical layer protocol subtype currently used on the AT. This is related
to the configured network release (see

with release 0 , the R&S
CMW uses subtype 0
●
with revision A, the R&S
CMW uses subtype 2
●
with revision B and more than 1 active carrier , the R&S
CMW uses subtype 3; oth-
erwise it uses subtype 2
Remote command:
Inter RAT
Indicates whether an inter RAT handover is supported (as agreed during session nego-
tiation). Currently this box doesn't display valid results and is always unchecked.

RX Power
Indicates the quality of the RX power:

: no signal from AT detected; the AT may be switched off or in idle mode.
●
in range
: the AT power is in the expected range, according to the expected power
Accurate measurements can be performed in this state.
●
overdriven
: the AT power is above the expected range. An inappropriate external
attenuation may be set, or the AT may not transmit at the correct power.
●
underdriven
: the AT power is below the expected range. An inappropriate external
attenuation may be set, the connecting cable may be defective, or the AT may not
transmit at the correct power.
