•
Fit one of the rubber wiring grommets (
item 12
) into the licence plate mounting bracket (
item
19
) as shown
below
(a small amount of liquid detergent/soap will aid this process).
•
Place the licence plate mounting bracket (
item 19
) into position as shown above and reuse the
original bolts to secure in position as arrowed in pictures 29 and 30.
•
Refit all the original seat side panels and the under-tray as original.
If reusing the original indicators
•
Remove the indicator bracket cover as shown in
picture 31
.
•
Remove the two nuts and locking washers plate arrowed in
picture 32
and remove the indicators.
•
Fit the indicators into the new licence plate bracket (
item 1
) and secure as shown in
picture 33
,
(you may also
use the indicator wiring covers (
item 10
) to hide the nut and washer and described
below).
If using the mini indicators
•
To fit the R&G Mini Indicators (R&G mini indicator product code RG370 for bulb type and RG371
for LED type or RG372 for Aero Style led type).
•
Place the indicators of choice into the larger holes in the licence plate bracket (
item 1
) and
secure with the flange nut as shown in
picture 34
.
•
Feed the indicator wiring through one of the nut/wire covers (
item 10
) as shown in
pictures
below
(it helps if a small amount of liquid detergent/soap is used) and position the nut cover
over the nut (repeat the above for the opposite indicator).
•
Fit one length of heat-shrink (
item 11
) over the wires of each indicator so the heat-shrink fits
over the stem of the nut/wire cover and gently heat until the heat-shrink contracts to the wiring
and nut/wire cover as shown in
pictures below
