4.2 Appliance controls
4.2.1 Switch
• In the “O” position: appliance o ff
(power supply disconnected).

(electrically powered).

mode is enabled (factory default);

Key enabled for use only in "Microless" dispensing mode. A short press
starts the grinding of a single dose (1) or double dose (2) of co
ff ee. If
pressed and held for ≥ 1 sec, it activates the “ ” and “ ” function keys
which allow you to vary the grinding time associated with the selected
dose with 0.1 second decreases (-) or increases (+) (see para. 4.4).
If dispensing in "Preselection" is enabled, the display of the icon (1) or (2)
indicates that the single dose or double dose has been preselected.

This function key, active both in “Preselection” and “Microless” dispensing
mode, performs several functions according to the operating status of the
appliance. In particular, this key allows you to:
• Start continuous dispensing by pressing and holding it if the appliance
is stopped and waiting for commands (max dispensing time = 20 sec).
• Pause (short press) and restart (another short press) dispensing of the
current dose. The maximum pause time is 30 seconds, after which the
dose is cancelled and cannot be resumed.

dose with decreases of 0.1 seconds.

dose with increases of 0.1 seconds.

Countdown according to the set time.
In the case of continuous grinding ( ) it displays an incremental timer
from “0 seconds” until the function key is released (maximum time 20
sec.).

When 70 hours are reached, this icon indicates that it is necessary to
replace the grinder.
To reset the warning it is necessary to remove the hopper and press in
succession, within a maximum time of 5 sec., the following combination of
keys:
