Check the condition and
bearings of belt tension pulley,
as well as tension of nut.
Check the fastening and
movement of the clutch lever.
Tighten the nut of the pivot pin
if there is play in the clutch.
Move it back and forth. Check
the neutral position of the
clutch. The spring should pull
the fork lever against the larger
pulley. The belt should be
loosened from the pulley that is
at the end of the engine.
Adjust the tension of the clutch
wire so that the return side of
the belt (longest free interval)
should move inward about 15
mm with light hand pressure.
2 hours after first
use and every 20
hours thereafter
or once per
season.
Check and adjust the fasteners
and tension of all wires.
Lubricate wires. Check
protectors. Oil reduces freezing
of wires. Check the adjustment
of the throttle wire on the
engine side so the engine stops
when the throttle lever is in the
engine stop position.

or gun oil

season.
Adjust and tighten screws on
the brake of the swing of the
discharge chute of the remote
control so that the crank of the
swing does not turn
unintentionally while
snowblowing.
